CBA service not up to scratch
The Commonwealth Bank of Australia has been named as the worse of the major banks when it comes to business services offered to its cliental.
The report showed that the National Australia Bank had the highest rating followed by ANZ and Westpac.
Blame for the Commonwealth's poor showing was attributed to the aggressive recruitment of its bank staff by rivals Bankwest and the National Australia Bank.
