Banks are the most common credit card providers in Australia and they keep the market highly competitive with fantastic deals at almost any price range. Whether you need a credit card to help you reduce your debt or one to improve your savings, the banks have solutions for all.
Some banks with low interest credit cards are St. George, Citibank, and NAB. The St. George Vertigo MasterCard has an incredibly low interest rate on purchases of 10.99% p.a. but a quite high cash advance interest rate of 20.49% p.a. Citibank offers the Citibank Clear Card at an 11.99% p.a. purchase rate with a low 15.99% cash advance rate. Finally, NAB offer a higher purchase rate and cash advance rate than those other banks at 12.79% p.a. on purchases and 19.19% p.a. for cash advances.
