Choosing banks
Wednesday August 27, 2008
When choosing which banks to deal with, keep in mind that what you want now may be different in the future. For instance, while some banks specialise in providing services for everyday customers, others specialise in helping investors. If you think that you may end up needing slightly different financial products in the future, it may be a good idea if you avoid signing up for services that will lock your money away. For instance, term deposits can earn a high interest rate, but many high interest accounts can provide similar interest rates while not restricting your access to money quite as much.
