Internet Banking

Internet banking allows you to make transactions on a website managed by your bank or financial institution. Most Australian banks now support online banking for at least part of their services; some even offer online accounts designed exclusively for internet banking. Withdrawals, deposits, balance inquiries, and bill payments are some of the most common online services. More advanced internet banking systems allow you to manage multiple accounts under one name, transfer money between accounts, and even buy or sell investments. Transactions are conducted on a secure website to prevent online fraud and data theft.
