Rental Guarantee
Rental guarantee is a policy that ensures owners of a set return on their investment property. It covers a tenant's rental payments in case the tenant fails to make them, either due to death, illness, injury, or involuntary loss of employment. This can spare you the lengthy process and paperwork involved in evicting the tenant, as well as the additional costs if you are still paying mortgage on the property. Before approving rental guarantee, providers have to perform tenant checks to make sure they are financially capable of paying rent.
